Being an “anxious person” has become who you are, and you yearn for inner peace and being able to be more present with your loved ones. This may feel impossible at this time.

I can relate to you as another human being on this life journey with its many challenges, having worked through my own personal struggles with anxiety, depression, past trauma and intrusive thoughts. I would love to show you these effective tools to help you heal yourself and your life.

In our time together, I work to make sure that you feel cared about as a person, while providing you the most up-to-date and effective treatment to help you heal from PTSD and trauma, so you can lead a more fulfilling life. I am passionate about helping you get to a space where you feel like you are really living, enjoying life more, and connecting with the people who matter the most to you.

I also have an special interest in helping people heal from the vicious cycles of OCD, get stuck in the what if’s and compulsions or compulsive avoidance that feels “crazy” and out of control. I love seeing people get to a space of more freedom and getting to do what they want to do with their time.

My practice is completely online to make it easy for you to fit therapy into your schedule. Being an online practice allows me to effectively reach and help people from Oklahoma City (OKC) to all corners of Oklahoma.
